You are here now because you are facing difficulty. if you are like the rest of us, you probably don’t want to acknowledge it so, well done for taking that first step. I know how tough that can be.

Do you criticise yourself constantly or doubt your worth?

Individual sessions are conducted at a consistent time on a weekly basis lasting 50 minutes. This time slot is reserved exclusively for you for the duration of your therapy.
The cost for each individual session is £65.00
I welcome you to schedule a 15/20 minute no-obligation introduction session. During this time we can get to know each other, and you can ask questions as well as learn more about me and my work. There is no obligation, and I will happily assist in guiding you elsewhere if we establish a better fit for you in another context.
COACHING
Coaching services are a proactive approach to receiving structured guidance and support for daily living, achieving goals, or navigating a life transition. Through these services we will focus on strategies, resources, and guidance for specific issues such as career counselling, goal setting, or decision-making. However, coaching is not the same as therapy.
Coaching does not follow a medical model and is often short-term in nature. In a coaching session, clinical & therapeutic services will not be offered.
Please note: high-risk needs and concerns are not appropriate for coaching services (for example: suicidal ideation, self-harm ideation or behaviours, psychosis, active substance abuse, active eating disorder behaviours and active addiction).
Coaching fees are concurrent with therapy session fees.
